Information concerning delivery:
All prices are based on the packing unit (20 cl = box of 24 bottles), (75 cl = box of 6 bottles), (37,5 cl and 50 cl = box of 12 bottles), (Magnums 150 cl = box of 1 bottle), except gift boxes (content as described in the article description). All prices are in Euros and include Luxembourg’s legal VAT: 14% (for wines), 17% (for Crémants and alcohol), and 3% (for non-alcoholic beverages).
Deliveries within Luxembourg are free of transport fees. For international deliveries, we would like our customers to contact our export department to request an offer for customs clearance, taxes, and shipping costs to the specific country of destination. Domaines Vinsmoselle cannot be held responsible for any products running out of stock or for differences between the shown picture and the product. All products ordered on this site will be transported by the Postal Services of P&T Luxembourg and other different delivery services. Delivery times may change according to the geographical location of the delivery address.
Complaints and Return of goods:
Domaines Vinsmoselle must be informed about any dissatisfaction concerning delivered goods within 8 days, starting from the arrival day at the final destination.

Please provide exact details regarding the delivery and/or return of goods.
If the delivered goods don't match the ordered goods, Domaines Vinsmoselle will send the correct order after the mistaken one has been returned to Domaines Vinsmoselle, or credit the difference, after proof of the mistake is given.

Domaines Vinsmoselle are committed to compliance with the latest data protection regulations as of 25 May 2018 and every other protection regulation regarding personal data.
The use and management of personal data is limited to the completion of the purchase order, including delivery and invoicing. If you have accepted information about our company or products by submitting the "Contact us" form or signing up for our newsletter, Domaines Vinsmoselle are committed to using your personal data only to respond to your requests and provide you with information about Domaines Vinsmoselle. Personal customer data will be treated confidentially.
In case of a purchase order, customer data will be stored on our website. After receipt of your purchase order, your data will also be added to Domaines Vinsmoselle’s data management system.

Payment security:
Orders are paid online by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer to Domaines Vinsmoselle. Payments by credit card are secured through the Luxembourgish transaction company CETREL. In this way, Domaines Vinsmoselle have no access to credit card numbers of their clients during the entire payment process.
