Winery worker (M/F)

Domaines Vinsmoselle, the largest wine and crémant producer in Luxembourg, is looking for a Winery worker (M/F) for its Grevenmacher Cellars.

Under the supervision of the oenologist/head cellar master, your daily tasks will include:
• Carrying out winemaking operations
• Monitoring production processes (fermentation, must clarification, flotation, etc.)
• Collecting quality samples and performing analyses
• Inspecting incoming goods
• Performing cleaning and disinfection tasks
• Collaborating with other departments (maintenance, quality/safety, etc.)
• Complying with workplace hygiene, safety regulations, and food safety standards.

Your profile:
• Training as a cellar worker, viticulturist, winemaking technician, or in food technology (brewing, distillation, etc.)
• Initial experience in production and winemaking preferred
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety rules
• Proficiency in German and/or French
• Knowledge of English is a plus
• Quality awareness and a meticulous work ethic
• Strong motivation

Operational Marketing Manager - Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Manager to develop and promote our brands in Luxembourg and internationally.

Main Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
Create and develop high-quality visuals for various products (labels, capsules, caps, etc.).
Produce visuals for different media such as brochures, magazines, social media, digital signage, video, and motion design.
Create sales support materials (catalogs, product brochures, point-of-sale displays, digital media, etc.).
Design printed and digital materials: quotes, orders, approval of proofs (BAT), distribution, delivery tracking.
Work closely with management to develop visual identities and strengthen the brands of Domaines Vinsmoselle.

Operational Marketing:
Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with the brand strategy and budget.
Develop global communication strategies, including digital marketing, in coordination with the communication manager.
Design portfolio strategies and support product innovation through data analysis and market/consumer studies.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
Manage the operational follow-up of advertising and event campaigns (fairs, exhibitions, promotions, etc.).
Coordinate logistics for events and ensure their smooth execution.
Perform daily administrative tasks related to marketing.

Required Skills:
Professional experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Degree in graphic design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and other relevant tools (Canva, Visme, etc.).
Strong knowledge of marketing, communication, and public relations techniques.
Ability to work in a structured, rigorous, and versatile manner in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in French and Luxembourgish (and/or German).
Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
