Beaf Steak with Riesling
Serves 4
1 kg fillet of beef
100 g butter
2 dl heavy cream
3 dl Riesling
200 g slices fresh mushrooms
a little flour
parsley
Cut tenderloin lengthwise into thin strips
Heat the butter in a frying pan and briefly roast the fillet strips. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Brown the slices of fresh mushrooms and add the beef fillets
Mix the flour with the cooking liquid
Gradually add the Riesling, cook over high heat and add the heavy cream.
Season and add the chopped parsley, place on a hot dish.
