Suggestion of the month: a perfect marriage of flavors
In February, let yourself be tempted by the delicacy of their fig tarte flambée, garnished with fresh figs and enhanced by Serrano ham, hints of fig jam and a touch of local honey.
To pair with its suggestion, the Bistrot Gourmand has opted for our Crémant POLL-FABAIRE Pinot Noir.
