Here, gastronomy is an ode to the seasons, to taste and to gourmandise. Sauces and condiments play an essential role, revealing the subtlety of each ingredient with infinite precision.
The second course on the Meraki menu at the moment features green asparagus from the Loire with savory, served with pigeon yakitori with spinach and piquillo condiment. A composition in which the elegance of the presentation sublimates an explosion of flavors.
To pair with this creation, the restaurant's sommelier, Florent Levy Bencheton, has selected our VIGNUM Auxerrois Grand Premier Cru Bech Kleinmacher Naumberg.
