Enjoy a gastronomic experience at the Sensa restaurant in the 4-star Anatura hotel in Weiswampach, northern Luxembourg. This exceptional venue invites you to savor refined cuisine, created by two renowned chefs: Yves Mattagne, a two-Michelin-starred chef and Valentin Beck.
In an idyllic setting with spectacular views of the lakes and surrounding countryside, Sensa welcomes both hotel guests and out-of-town visitors.
Valentin Beck, a native of the region, refined his craft in renowned establishments such as Bocuse, Haeberlin and Ma Langue Sourit before working alongside his mentor, Yves Mattagne. Passionate and highly skilled in Michelin-starred cuisine, Yves Mattagne gained renown for his work at the Sea Grill, where he was awarded two Michelin stars, before taking the helm at La Villa Lorraine.
Together with Valentin Beck, they have created a bold, four-handed creation: a tataki of saku tuna, gazpacho tamarind, tobiko egg, fennel, cucumber and candy cane pepper.
To perfect this creation, it is paired with a glass of our VIGNUM Rubis du Terroir, a blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Zweigelt.
The intense aromas of red fruits and spices add a beautiful depth on the palate, enhancing the delicacy of the tuna and creating a perfect alchemy between freshness and power, sure to delight the most discerning palates.
